Privacy policy
This policy covers the Bouncer iPhone app and this website, operated by Ognjen Karagunović. Contact: oggiepriv@gmail.com.
Inside the game
Bouncer does not collect personal data. It has no account registration, advertising, analytics SDKs, tracking, or cloud game service. It does not request access to your contacts, location, camera, microphone, or photos.
Anonymous progress
From version 1.1, unless you turn it off, the game sends a short anonymous note the first time you open it, and the first time you start and complete each night. A note says only which step it was, the night’s number, how many shifts the first completion took, whether the step was reached before reporting existed, and the app version. It carries no account, name, device identifier, advertising identifier, or score, and each step is sent only once per install. We use these notes only to count how far players get through the campaign. They are not linked to you, used for tracking, or shared with data brokers or advertisers.
The notes are stored in Google Cloud Firestore, operated by Google for us; Google processes the request, including your IP address, to deliver it, as described in Firebase’s privacy information. The app cannot read the notes back, and they cannot be traced to you, so we cannot pick out or delete an individual player’s notes. Turn off Share anonymous progress in the game’s Settings at any time; nothing more is sent, and notes still waiting on your device are discarded.
Your progress, run scores, best grades, in-game earnings, welcome-offer deadline, and sound, haptic, and visual preferences are stored locally on your device. In-game earnings have no monetary value. Device backups may include this local data according to your Apple settings; Bouncer does not operate a separate backup service.
Purchases
Optional full-game purchases are processed by Apple through your Apple Account. Bouncer uses Apple’s StoreKit on your device to verify purchase entitlement and restore access. We do not receive your payment card details or send your purchase history to a developer-operated server. Apple handles payment, transaction records, and refund requests under its own policies.
TestFlight and Apple services
If you install the beta through TestFlight, Apple may process testing information, diagnostics, and feedback under its own policies and make some of that information available to the developer. Feedback you choose to send can include screenshots, device information, and your contact details. See Apple’s TestFlight privacy information.
This website
This site uses Google Firebase Hosting. We do not add analytics, advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or forms. Firebase may process technical request data, including IP addresses, to deliver and secure the website. Google’s handling and retention of that data are described in Firebase’s privacy information and Google’s privacy policy. Opening external links is subject to the destination’s policies.
Contacting support
If you email us, we receive your email address and the content and attachments you send. We use that information to answer your request and resolve issues. Please do not send identity documents, passwords, or other sensitive information. Support messages are retained only as needed to handle the request and any required records; you can ask us to delete them.
Your choices and requests
You can change sound and feedback preferences, and turn anonymous progress sharing off, in the app. Removing the app using Delete App removes its local app data; offloading may preserve it. Backups are managed separately through your device and Apple settings. We cannot recover local progress that has been deleted.
For access, correction, deletion, or other privacy requests relating to information you have sent us, email oggiepriv@gmail.com. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to object, restrict processing, or complain to your local data protection authority.
Children and changes
Bouncer is a nightlife-themed game, not a service directed to children. We do not knowingly collect children’s personal information. Contact us if a child has sent personal information to support so we can address it. We will update this page if our practices change, including before introducing data collection in a future release.
