Reporting a problem

Tell us which night you were playing, what happened, and what you expected. Include your iPhone model, iOS version, and Bouncer version/build if available. A screenshot is helpful, but please leave out personal information. TestFlight testers can also use Send Beta Feedback in TestFlight.

Music, vibration, and effects

Open Settings (the gear) on the home screen to adjust club music and sound, haptic feedback, or gentler visual effects. For sound, also check your device media volume and connected headphones. Build 2 and later play game audio in Silent Mode when the in-game sound setting is enabled. Haptics require a supported physical iPhone and cannot be felt in a simulator.

Progress and replaying

The home screen offers your next night. Each shift requires three minutes of service and completion of its featured queue. Tap PAUSE to resume, change sound, or return to the main menu. An unfinished night restarts when you return. After completing all ten nights, Start Over lets you try to beat your saved best score. Progress is saved on the device; there is currently no account or cross-device sync. Deleting the app can remove your progress.

Passports and undercover encounters

Nights 4–10 add a fresh selection of international visitors. Check the same name, date, hologram, and venue rules for every document; a guest’s background or passport country is not a reason to refuse entry. From night five, plainclothes cops can reveal a badge and demand a decision. Pay them off from your in-game wage and tips, or admit them with the displayed chance of a boss incident. An incident costs one strike and the stated deduction from your pay. The clock stops while you choose, and the results show any police costs. These choices use fictional game currency.

Full game and restoring purchases

Nights 1–3 are available before purchase. The offer after night two lets you buy the full game or try one more night. After night three, a one-hour welcome offer starts and stays saved across app restarts. Either one-time full-game purchase unlocks nights 4–10 permanently. Find Restore purchases on the offer screen or under Settings. Use the same Apple Account as the original purchase. Pending purchases unlock only after Apple approves them; refunds can remove access. If prices cannot load, check your connection and tap Retry prices. TestFlight purchases use Apple’s sandbox and do not charge real money.
